钢弦式监测仪器运行状态鉴定及评价方法

摘要: 处于运行期的钢弦式监测仪器,其健康状态如何诊断和鉴定是文章主要探讨内容。从基础资料评价、历史测值评价和现场检测评价三个方面入手,分别给出评价方法和评价标准。创新提出了钢弦起振情况检测方法和判定标准。对评定为不正常的仪器给出了处理意见和异常原因分析,并对人工比测模数偏差原因进行了深入分析。

Abstract: The main content of this paper is how to diagnose and identify the health status of vibrating wire monitoring instrument in operation. The methods and criteria of basic information evaluation, historical values evaluation and field detection and evaluation are given respectively. In which, the evaluation methods and criteria of starting of oscillation of vibrating wire are innovatively put forward. The paper presents treatment suggestion and cause analysis of instrument evaluated as abnormal, and analyzes the reason of modulus deviation between manual data and automated data.
