清洁能源占比持续提高的浙江省抽水蓄能电站的规划及布局研究

摘要: 浙江省能源结构正逐步由化石能源为主发展成化石能源和清洁能源并重的混合型电力系统,能源结构清洁化的同时也给电力系统的安全稳定运行提出了很大挑战。笔者认为发展一定规模的抽水蓄能电站是电力系统在电源结构上可以采取的有效应对手段。通过电力系统电源结构优化研究,分析抽水蓄能电站技术需求、经济需求规模,兼顾邻近省份对抽水蓄能的需求,提出2025年浙江省抽水蓄能电站的建设规模和相关建议。

Abstract: The energy structure in Zhejiang Province is gradually changing into a hybrid consists of both fossil energy and clean energy, which brings up a great challenge for the safe and stable operation of the power system. Development of a certain scale of pumped-storage station is an effective way to improve the structure of power system. By optimization research for the power system structure, the technical demand and economic demand of the pumped-storage station are analyzed, and the needs from neighboring provinces for pumped-storage station are taken into consideration. As a conclusion, the construction scale of pumped-storage station in Zhejiang Province in 2025 is proposed and the relevant suggestion is presented in the article.
