无人值班水电厂保障机组安全停机的措施探讨

摘要: 保证机组停机过程中的安全稳定运行是水电厂实现无人值班的重要基础。提出了某水电厂提高机组停机可靠性的技术条件,探讨了机组过速保护系统、机械制动系统、紧急停机及联跳硬布线回路等方面的改进措施,以期为类似水电厂实施无人值班运行方式提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Ensuring the safe and stable operation of units during shutdown is one of the important foundations for realizing unattended operation of hydropower plants. This paper puts forward the technical conditions for improving the reliability of unit shutdown in a hydropower plant, and probes into the improvement measures for unit over-speed protection system, mechanical braking system, emergency shutdown and inter-tripping hard-wired circuit, for reference.
