摘要: 为满足水利工程液压启闭机检修需要,采用三维建模技术、虚拟交互仿真技术开发用于仿真培训的可视化系统。采用3ds Max软件对液压启闭机检修通用常识、高压油泵、液压油缸等主要设备及其辅助设备进行三维仿真,构成与真实液压启闭机相对应的虚拟仿真系统。采用该系统对员工进行检修工器具使用方法、设备检修过程及事故处理等虚拟交互式培训,利用仿真测试模块检验培训效果,是现代计算机仿真技术与传统液压设备有机结合的经典应用。

Abstract: In order to meet the overhaul requirements of hydraulic hoist for hydraulic engineering, a visualization system for simulation training is developed using 3D modeling and virtual interactive simulation technology. The 3ds Max software is used to simulate the general knowledge of maintenance, main equipment and auxiliary equipment of hydraulic hoist. The virtual simulation system is developed corresponding to the real hydraulic hoist. The system is used to conduct virtual interactive training for employees about operation method of maintenance equipment, maintenance process and accident handling, and the simulation test module is used to verify the training effect. This system is a classic combination of modern computer simulation technology and traditional hydraulic equipment.
