摘要： 介绍了临淮岗洪水控制工程概况，从安全管理、技术管理、日常管理和防洪调度等方面浅析主坝工程管理实践和存在问题，并从工程管理和综合利用方面提出建议。

Abstract: This paper introduces the general situation of Linhuaigang flood control project, and analyses the methods and problems of the main dam management from the aspects of safety management, technical management, daily management and flood control operation. At last, it puts forward some suggestions on project management and comprehensive utilization.
