摘要: 全景仿真在大坝安全管理信息系统的应用,是通过运用天地一体全景服务、三维GIS、J2EE平台架构、数据共享云服务、移动APP构建等信息化技术,构建满足当前水库管理与技术发展相适应的新型大坝安全监测信息服务平台。从积极应对水库管理中集中实时管理、全面管理及公众协作等业务需求出发,在仿真环境中融合大坝安全监测信息、影像信息等多源信息,充分利用信息化手段在不同场景中综合应用,不仅可以提高业务自身优势,满足现行的大坝监管规范与水库管理单位的日常管理使用需求,同时也与水利部建设智慧水利信息管理平台的要求相一致。

Abstract: The application of panoramic simulation in dam safety management information system is to construct a new information service platform for dam safety monitoring, by using the information technology including space-earth integrated panoramic service, 3D GIS, J2EE platform architecture, information sharing based on cloud service and mobile APP construction. The simulation environment integrates multi-source information, such as dam safety monitoring information and image information, and makes full use of the comprehensive application of information technology in different scenarios. It can not only improve the advantages of the business, meet current dam supervision norms and the need of daily management of reservoir management units, but also conform to the requirements of Ministry of Water Resources for the construction of intelligent water resources information management platform.
