观音岩水电站心墙堆石坝施工质量控制办法

摘要: 观音岩水电站粘土心墙堆石坝最大坝高75 m,施工中填筑质量要求高,工序复杂,尤其自然开采心墙粘土料,含水率低、超径石偏多、堆存时间长。施工中,从料源选择到现场施工填筑各个环节都采取了严密的质量控制措施,保证了心墙堆石坝的施工质量。

Abstract: The maximum height of Guanyinyan clay core wall rockfill dam is 75 m. The requirements on filling quality are high and the procedures are complicated, especially for the core clay material which is naturally mined, with low water content, more super-diameter stone and long storage time. During construction, quality control measures were taken, from source selection to on-site construction and filling, which ensured the construction quality of the core rockfill dam.
