摘要： 监测设施的管理维护是监测工作的一项重要内容，通过对监测设施的检查维护、更新改造、停测报废等工作，确保监测系统正常可靠运行。

Abstract: Management and maintenance of monitoring instrument is important. The inspection, maintenance, renovation and retirement of the monitoring instrument play an essential role in guarantee of reliable operation.
