白鹤滩水电站地下洞室群施工通风费用计算分析

摘要: 目前执行的《水电工程设计概算编制规定(2013年版)》中将地下工程施工通风费用包含在其他施工辅助工程投资中,而对于大型地下洞室群通风费用高的项目,应根据实际情况单独列项计算更合理。以白鹤滩水电站地下引水发电系统为例,对大型地下洞室群施工通风费用进行初步分析和计算。

Abstract: According to Regulation of Budget Estimation for Hydropower Projects (2013 Edition), the construction ventilation cost for underground projects is estimated as a part of total construction cost, and included in other temporary construction cost. However, for large underground caverns with high ventilation cost, it should be estimated separately based on the actual situation. Taking underground water diversion and power generation system of Baihetan hydropower station as an example, this paper makes a preliminary analysis and calculation for construction ventilation cost of large underground caverns.
