水利工程坝身涵管检测系统研究及应用

摘要: 坝身涵管是水库灌溉、供水的重要泄水建筑物。坝身涵管在常年运行过程中,受材料耐久性、修筑质量、运行条件等因素影响,会出现不同程度病害,如渗漏、结构破损、淤积等。对于众多小型坝身涵管,因管径小、结构老化,人工检测难度大。在调研涵管运行及检测技术现状基础上,研发了一套适用于水利工程坝身涵管的检测系统,具备涵管渗漏检测、缺陷检查、管道三维模型构建及管径、淤积测量等功能,极大提高坝身涵管检测效率、降低检测风险和难度。通过工程实践验证了该检测系统的可靠性,为坝身涵管无损、高效检测提供了新的解决方案。

Abstract: The dam culvert is an important discharge structure for reservoir irrigation and water supply. In the process of perennial use, the dam culvert are affected by the durability of materials, construction quality, operating conditions and other factors, and then encounter varying degree of disease, such as leakage, structural damage and sedimentation. For many small dam culvert, because of small diameter and structure aging, manned detection is difficult. Based on the investigation of culvert operation and detection technology, a dam culvert detection system is developed. The system has the functions including leakage detection, defect inspection, pipe diameter measurement, 3D model construction, pipe diameter and sedimentation measurement, which has greatly improved the dam culvert detection efficiency and reduced the risk and difficulty of detection. The reliability of the detection system is verified by engineering practice, which provides a new solution for non-destructive and efficient detection of dam culvert.
