摘要： 介绍了水电站水工管理采用点检定修模式的背景，通过传统管理模式与点检定修模式的比较，论证了实施水工点检的必要性，并介绍了彭水水电站水工点检的实施方法、实施效果。同时也提出了目前存在的问题。

Abstract: This paper introduces the background of application of point inspection and regular repair theory (hereinafter referred to as“PIRR”) in hydraulic project management of hydropower stations. By comparison between traditional management mode and PIRR mode, the necessity of using PIRR mode in hydraulic project management is demonstrated. As well, the method, effect and existing problems of implementing PIRR in Pengshui hydropower station are presented.
