摘要: 水工隧洞回填灌浆可使混凝土衬砌与围岩紧密结合,是确保隧洞安全运行的重要措施之一,其工程质量问题主要表现为回填区不密实或与混凝土衬砌脱空等。为保证工程质量,丰满重建工程采用地质雷达对泄洪兼导流洞回填灌浆质量进行了检测,通过合理选择天线主频率,结合泄洪兼导流洞实际地质条件,地质雷达可以快速连续地对回填灌浆隐患进行无损检测,提供准确的质量信息。

Abstract: The backfill grouting of hydraulic tunnel, which makes concrete lining and surrounding rock tightly combined, is one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of entire tunnel. The main quality accidents of backfill grouting of hydraulic tunnel include low compactness, concrete lining separation, and so on. For the engineering quality assurance, the ground penetrating radar (GPR) is used to test the backfill grouting quality of flood discharge and diversion tunnel in Fengman dam reconstruc⁃ tion project. By properly selecting the main frequency of the antenna and combining with the actual geological conditions of flood discharge and diversion tunnel, the GPR can quickly and continuously detect grouting quality and provide accurate information.
