关于附加质量法数据采集方法改进的探讨

摘要: 附加质量法是一种准确、快捷、无损的检测堆石体密度方法。通过梨园水电站大坝堆石体密度附加质量法测试,在测试中不断摸索与实践,改进了检波器与附加质量块的连接方法。检波器与附加质量块的连接采用磁铁连接代替传统的丝口连接,大大提高了工作效率,并有效保护了仪器设备。实践证明,磁铁连接后采集信号质量没有降低,测试成果未受到影响。

Abstract: Additional mass method is fast, accurate and non-destructive for density measurement of rockfill body. Combined with the case of Liyuan hydropower station, the connection between detector and additional mass block is improved, in which magnetic connection is adopted instead of thread connection. In this way, efficiency is enhanced and the instruments are well protected. The practical application shows that the magnetic connection doesn't exert adverse influence on collection signal and the test result is not effected.
