Abstract: Yalong River Hydropower Development Company pays high attention to dam safety management, and fully performs its functions and responsibilities. According to the development and management concept of regionalization, collectivization and scientization, safety management of cascade dam group in the basin is coordinated, the management mechanism combined centralized management with field management is established. Through the overall planning and step by step implementation of dam safety informatization construction, basin-based dam safety information management, as well as seamless connection between construction and operation, are realized. To adapt the new situation of national dam safety supervision, the overall goal of high-quality dam and first-class management is set. By compliance with regulations, fulfilling responsibility, strengthening management and implementing dam safety registration and regular inspection, dam safety management has been continuously improved, which ensures the safety of dam operation of cascade hydropower stations.
