摘要： 通过大坝失事和损坏典型事例，阐述了大坝运行安全管理的目的和重要性，并介绍了国内外大坝运行安全管理的体制、法规建设及大坝运行安全管理的发展趋势。以水电站大坝运行安全管理为主线，系统地介绍了大坝运行安全管理的主要内容。

Abstract: The purpose and importance of operation safety management of dams are expounded, combined with typical examples of dam failure and damage. The paper also introduces the institution, regulations and development trend of dam safety management at home and abroad. Aiming at hydropower dam operation, the main contents of dam safety management are discussed systematically.
