富春江水电站黑启动运行下游水动力条件分析

摘要: 富春江水电站是华东电网非常重要的黑启动电源。利用二维数学模型分析电站黑启动任务时其下游水位、流速的变化特征,计算结果表明,电站黑启动后下游河道水位和流速急剧变化,坝下左侧河道内水位高于右侧航道内水位,且河道最大水位变幅达0.28 m/min。左侧主河道最大流速为2.68 m/s,右侧航道最大流速为0.74 m/s。因此,需采取工程措施和航运管理措施保证电站事故备用和黑启动的能力及通航安全。

Abstract: Fuchun river hydropower station is a very important power supply of black startup. The feature of water level and current downstream the dam after black startup was studied by2-D hydrodynamic mathematical model. The result showed that the water level and current downstream the dam changed rapidly after black startup of the hydropower station. The water level in the left river channel was higher than the right and the level change speed was 0.28 m/min. The fastest flow speed was 2.68 m/s in the left river channel while the fastest flow speed was 0.74 m/s in the right. So it is necessary to ensure the capability of black startup and the safety of navigation channel.
