高弹性防渗填料在输水隧洞结构伸缩缝处理中的应用

摘要: 输水隧洞结构伸缩缝是混凝土防渗的薄弱部位,渗水容易形成集中渗流通道,危及结构安全,严重影响工程效益发挥。对高弹性防渗填料材料进行室内性能试验,提出嵌填高弹性防渗填料结合SK单组分聚脲涂层的伸缩缝止水方案,解决了引滦入津工程隧洞结构伸缩缝渗漏问题,处理取得了良好的效果,其处理技术对类似工程具有良好的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The expansion joint of tunnel project is a weak point in concrete seepage control. It is easy to form a seepage path which would endanger the safety of structure and seriously affect the operation of project. In this paper, it is presentsed the expansion joint sealing scheme of filling high elastic impervious material combined SK monocomponent polyurea coating after the performance test of the high elastic impervious material. In this manner, the expansion joint leakage problem of tunnel in Luanhe-Tianjin Water Diversion Project is solved completely with obvious effect, worhy reference for similar projects.
