无浮托引张线的发展和技术特点

摘要: 为了突破无浮托引张线长度200 m的限制,扩大无浮托引张线的适用范围,通过理论和试验分析了引张线长度与垂径、线体材料特性的关系,认为采用高强度、轻密度的新型材料,可使无浮托引张线长度达到500 m,并提出无浮托引张线的主要技术指标要求。

Abstract: At present, the length of floatless wire alignment is less than 200 m. In order to break through the restriction and expand its application field, the relationship between the length of wire alignment and the vertical diameter as well as the material properties of wire is analyzed. The results show that the length of wire alignment could go beyond 500 m based on new material with high strength and light density. This paper also puts forward the main technical indexes of floatless wire alignment.
