摘要: 现有钢岔管导流板设计研究成果在改善岔管内水流流态、设计以及施工等方面中存在一定不足,为此,提出了一种锥管曲面导流板设计方法,导流板曲面采用可以卷制的单曲率锥管曲面,导流板与月牙肋贴合平顺合理,并推导了导流板曲面方程。目前,锥管曲面导流板已成功运用于某水电站月牙肋钢岔管中。

Abstract: The existing design of guide plate in reinforced branch pipe has some deficiencies in the improvement of flow regime inside design and construction. A design method of guide plate with conical surface is presented in this paper. The rolling conical surface with single curvature is chosen as guide plate surface, which could make joint of the guide plate and the crescent-rib smooth and reasonable. And the surface equation of the flow guide plate is derived. At present, the guide plate with conical surface has been successfully applied to the crescent-rib reinforced branch pipe of a hydropower station.
