某水电站进水口拦污栅墩混凝土滑模施工技术

摘要: 某水电站10~15号坝段为厂房坝段,拦污栅墩原计划采用定型曲面钢模板分层浇筑,为提高缆机利用效率,满足赶工发电目标,拦污栅墩后改为滑模施工。施工过程中,通过优化设计、改进施工工艺、完善施工质量控制措施,确保了拦污栅墩体型和尺寸偏差满足设计要求。

Abstract: The powerhouse dam section includes blocks 10~15. The construction of trash rack piers was originally planned to be layer-poured using curved shaped steel template. In order to improve the efficiency of cable crane and to realize the generation goal, the construction plan was changed into sliding form method. During the construction, by design optimization, construction technology improvements and enhancement of quality control measures, the goal was realized that the deviation of shape and size of trash rack piers met the design requirements.
