白鹤滩水电站缆机轨道基础设计

摘要: 白鹤滩水电站缆机采用双层平移式布置方案,共布置7台30 t缆机,其中高层3台,跨度约1 158 m,低层4台,跨度约1 088 m。缆机轨道基础位于开挖边坡上,具有受水平力大、地形地质条件复杂等特点,设计难度大。根据地形地质条件,缆机轨道基础分段选用了适宜的结构型式,采用穷举法计算分析缆机可能的运行工况,求得缆机荷载的最不利分布位置、缆机轨道基础的内力包络图和变形包络图,确定了结构的尺寸、配筋及结构稳定辅助措施。

Abstract: The 7 sets of 30 t cable crane were taken to pour concrete for Baihetan hydropower dam. Double layer shift arrange was adopted, including 3 sets of cable crane on higher elevation with a span of 1 058 m, as well as 4 sets of cable crane on lower elevation with a span of 1 088 m. The cable cranes foundations located in the excavation slope. It was difficult to design, because of huge horizontal force, the complex terrain and geological conditions. According to topographic and geologic conditions, appropriate structure type was selected for every segment of the track foundation of cable cranes. Using bruteforce method, possible operating conditions were analyzed and the most unfavorable position of every cable crane, internal forces network diagrams and displacement envelope of the track foundation were obtained. Accordingly, the size of structure, reinforcement and complementary measures for structural stability were determined.
