摘要: 根据水利水电工程全寿命周期管理要求,在项目运营阶段需要进行工程运行状态分析,以全面评估和决策工程改造事宜。结合水利水电工程特点,引入风险评价指数矩阵法,建立了工程运行可靠性分析模型。该模型在浙江某输水工程运行状态评估中得到了成功应用,积累了实践经验,可在类似工程全寿命周期管理中推广使用。

Abstract: In line with the life cycle management of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the operation state analysis needs to be carried out in the operational phase. Based on the characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower projects, this paper introduces the risk evaluation index matrix method, and establishes a reliability analysis model of engineering operation. The model has been successfully applied in the operation of a water transfer project in Zhejiang, and some practical experience has been accumulated. It can be widely used in the whole life cycle management of similar projects.
