湖南白云水电站大坝异常渗漏原因分析及放空处理

摘要: 初步分析认为,两岸特别是左岸周边缝以下陡峻岸坡未设置低压缩区、过渡料无法对垫层料形成有效反滤保护、坝前铺盖区未设置粉土或粉砂是白云大坝异常渗漏的主要原因。放空水库后对垫层料进行了修复,大范围破碎、塌陷面板重浇钢筋混凝土面板,更换左岸周边缝底部止水及全部的面板垂直缝表面止水。白云放空水库处理后渗漏量大幅减少,证明放空水库处理是成功的。

Abstract: The primary analysis shows that low compression region is not set in the banks of dam, especially in the steep slope below left bank peripheral joint, transition material is unable to form effective protection for cushion material, and silt or silt layer is not set in blanket upstream face slab are the main reasons of exceptional leakage of Baiyun dam. Measures are taken to treat the leakage after emptying reservoir, which include repairing the cushion material, re-pouring reinforced concrete face slab which has subsided and been broken largely, and replacing the watertight seal of left bank peripheral joint and face slab vertical joint. After treatment, the leakage of Baiyun dam is largely reduced, which indicates the treatment is successful.
