套筒结构对无应力计受力影响分析

摘要: 现有无应力计套筒存在诸多缺陷,不能保证筒内混凝土土处于无应力状态。运用有限元模型计算分析无应力计套筒和筒内混凝土受力情况。计算对比分析不同应力条件、不同筒深、不同套筒形状和筒口朝向对应力传递的影响,并提出改进方法,为无应力计埋设提供参考性意见。

Abstract: Current sleeve of non-stress meter has many defects so that it cannot guarantee the concrete unstressed. Calculation and analysis are conducted about the stress of non-stress meter sleeve and concrete using FEM. Calculation and comparative analysis of effects are conducted about stress transfer in concrete under different stress conditions, different depth of sleeve, different shape of sleeve and different direction of sleeve mouth. Then the improvement method is put forward which provides reference for the embedded method of non-stress meter.
