大岗山水电站水库泥沙监测系统方案优化设计研究

摘要: 在大岗山水电站水库泥沙监测系统招标设计方案、招标文件审查过程中,根据大渡河流域中游水文资料和电站蓄水发电后水库悬移质入库情况,对比可研阶段成果,提出优化两个入库水文站和一个出库水文站以及优化泥沙监测断面、新增水位站,既满足电站正常运行需要,也为工程建设节约投资582.38万元,占该项目总投资52.98%。通过优化泥沙监测断面,新增水位站提高整个水库泥沙监测系统的合理性,减少了运行期水文站人力、物力资源投入和电站运行管理成本,对大渡河流域后续电站及其他流域水库泥沙监测系统建设具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract: In the review of bidding design of reservoir sediment monitoring system for Dagangshan hydropower station, based on the hydrological data of middle reach of Dadu river and the sediment inflow after power generation, the scheme was advanced that two inflow hydrological stations, one outflow hydrological station and monitoring sections should be optimized. As well, water level monitoring station should be built. The scheme would satisfy the need of normal operation of the hydropower station and cut the cost. The optimized monitoring sections and newly built water level monitoring station would enhance the rationality of the whole sediment monitoring system and save resources during operation, which is of great importance and worthy reference.
