摘要: 针对溪洛渡电站地下厂房1 000/100 t 桥式起重机特殊的运行环境并结合右岸地下厂房桥机出现啃轨现象的案例,从加工误差、安装误差、轮距、轨距、山体内应力释放造成岩锚梁变形等方面深入分析桥式起重机啃轨原因。根据啃轨原因,提出相应的解决方法并有效控制桥机啃轨现象的发展,同时为同类型桥机设计、运行、维护提供借鉴。

Abstract: The paper, combined with the special operating environment for the 1 000/100 t bridge crane in underground powerhouse of Xiluodu hydropower station, analyzed the reasons for the gnawed track from inspects such as processing errors, installation errors, track spacing and deformation of rock anchor beam caused by the stress released from the mountain body. As well, the paper put forward some appropriate solutions to effectively control the development of rail gnawing, worthy reference.
