富春江水电站水库安全应急预案及溃坝计算

摘要: 应急预案是应急管理中“一案三制”的重点,对提高应对水库突发事件的能力,做好水库遭遇突发事件时的防洪抢险调度和险情抢护工作,力保水库工程安全,减小对下游和库区造成的灾害或不利影响具有重要作用。针对富春江大坝实际,就应急预案的关键内容,如突发事件险情预测及后果分析、溃坝洪水计算、险情分级与处置等进行了详细介绍,可供类似工程编制应急预案参考。

Abstract: Emergency action plan is the focus of“one plan and three systems”in emergency management,which plays an key role in improving response ability of reservoir emergency. And it is crucial to flood control and relief, securing reservoir safety, reducing adverse effects of the downstream and the reservoir area. The key content of Fuchunjiang emergency action plan is outlined for reference, including emergency prediction and consequence analysis, dam-break flood calculation, hazard classification and disposal.
