桓仁水电站24 号坝段稳定性分析

摘要: 桓仁水电站24号坝段基础为透水性较弱的11岩层,其下为透水性强的12岩层,12岩层在24号坝段埋藏较浅。坝基帷幕在12岩层未封闭,承压水从24号坝段下游F1断层切割处出来,对24号坝段连同11岩层稳定不利。实测资料显示,24号坝段12岩层地下水位偏高且部分测孔水位有增大趋势。经分析,该坝段变形稳定,坝基扬压力无明显趋势性变化,坝基渗压系数在设计允许范围内,且该坝段基础无深层滑动面,因此24号坝段不存在稳定问题。

Abstract: Block 24 of Huanren hydropower dam is built on the 11th rock which is of weak permeability and the shallow 12th rock underneath is of strong permeability. As the dam foundation curtain is not closed in 12th rock, the water comes out from F1 fault cut which is harmful to stability. The measured data show that underground water level of 12th rock is relatively high and is increasing. By analysis, conclusion is gotten that the deformation is stable, uplift pressure at dam foundation has no obvious change trend, the seepage pressure coefficient is in the allowable range and dam foundation has no deep slip surface. As a result, there is no stability problems with block 24.
