水东电站泄洪消能设施补强加固处理技术

摘要: 水东大坝为整体式碾压混凝土重力坝,其泄洪消能设施出现局部冲刷、预制块勾缝脱落等缺陷。根据设计方案及现场实际情况,消力戽采用修筑下游围堰创造干地施工的处理技术,溢流面采用弹性环氧砂浆进行整体修复的处理技术,取得了良好的效果,对类似工程的补强加固具有较好的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Shuidong dam is an integrated RCC gravity dam. There are some defects with its discharge facilities. For instance, local scour and pointing loss at precast block are found. According to the design plan and actual conditions, downstream cofferdam is used to offer a dry environment in bucket, and elasticity epoxy mortar is used for the overall repairment of overflow surface. Good results are achieved and it also provides a reference for similar projects.
