碾压式土石坝运行安全评价的基本方法

摘要: 根据土石坝溃坝失事统计资料,列出了坝顶结构、坝基处理、筑坝材料、坝体变形、坝坡稳定、渗流控制、坝体及坝基与其他建筑物连接共七个涉及土石坝运行安全的评价要素。土石坝运行安全评价主要采用查阅资料、现场检查、监测资料分析、施工质量复查和设计复核计算的手段,并根据运行性态和工程类比进行综合评判。

Abstract: Based on the statistics of the failures of earth rock-fill dams, the seven key elements in operation safety assessment are listed, including dam crest structure, foundation treatment, construction material, dam deformation, stability of dam slope, seepage control, the connection of dam and foundation with other structures. The basic assessment methods include data review, on-site inspection, analysis on monitoring data, review of construction quality and design calculation, as well as the comprehensive assessment combined with operation performance and comparison with similar projects.
