某水电站进水口闸门启闭机排架加固设计与实践

摘要: 某水电站进水口闸门通过架设在闸门孔口上方的钢筋混凝土排架,采用固定式卷扬机启闭。电站运行10余年后,发现闸门启闭机排架部分横梁出现裂缝,需加固处理。经过多方案比较分析,最终选择黏钢加固方案并付诸实施。经处理后的钢筋混凝土排架结构目前运行正常,相关分析研究工作可为类似工程加固设计提供参考。

Abstract: Fixed winch hoist by reinforced concrete frame is adopted for the inlet gate of a hydropower station. After more than 10-year operation, cracks on the beams of gate hoist bents are found which need treatment. By comparison of schemes, reinforcement by bonded steel is carried out. After treatment, the reinforced concrete bent frame is currently operating normally and the treatment is worthy reference.
