摘要: 灯泡贯流式机组适用于低水头、大流量水电站,由于其结构的特殊性,相对混流式、轴流转桨式机组而言,机组振动引发的缺陷较多。对公司所辖29台灯泡贯流式机组在运行维护、检修过程中出现过的一些典型设备缺陷进行汇总分析,相互借鉴处理方法,为更好地维护设备提供参考。

Abstract: Bulb turbine units are suitable for low head, large flow and runoff hydropower station. Due to the particular structure, its stability is poorer. Compared with Francis turbine and Kaplan turbine, more defects are caused by vibration. Combined with the practice of 29 bulb turbine units of Wuiling Company, the paper summarizes and analyses on some typical defects which are encountered in operation and maintenance process, for reference.
