资源约束网络进度计划模型研究

摘要: 随着网络计划技术在工程中的广泛应用,人们发现传统的关键路线法(CPM)得出的时差和关键路线与工程实际有一定差别,其主要原因可归结为传统CPM假设资源不受约束,而实际工程中执行工序的资源有限,其使用要受到约束,因而传统CPM一般不能给出准确的时差和关键路线。通过研究,吸取资源约束RCS模型的优点,并引入了资源链,提出了改进的资源约束网络进度计划模型(IRCS模型),解决了资源约束与并行工序的问题,得出的网络进度计划时间参数更符合项目实际,有利于项目管理人员做出正确决策,对项目进度进行更有效的管理和控制。

Abstract: As the network planning technology widely used in engineering, it is found that the float and critical path derived from the traditional critical path method (CPM) don't conform to actual project. The main reason can be attributed to the traditional CPM assumptions in which resources are unfettered, but resources are always constrained in actual project. Thus the traditional CPM generally can not give the accurate float and the critical path. This paper proposes an improved resource-constrained network schedule model (IRCS model). Having learned the advantages of resource constraints RCS model and the resource chain, the problems of constrained resource and parallel process is solved. The results are more in line with the actual project and will help managers to make the right decisions on the progress of project.
