灯泡贯流式机组转轮室180°旋转吊装新工艺

摘要: 2011年11月东坪水电厂机组检修时发现3号机组转轮室里衬空蚀严重,为彻底消除空蚀隐患,决定采取更换转轮室的方式进行处理。受工期和检修费用的约束,转轮室更换只有采取不拆卸转轮,而将新、旧转轮室下半部旋转180°的吊装新工艺和新方法,并在该厂3号机组转轮室改造更换工作中成功实施。灯泡贯流式机组下部转轮室180°旋转吊装新工艺属五凌公司在灯泡贯流式机组不拆卸转轮前提下的首创,为国内灯泡贯流式机组更换转轮室提供了新的技术参考。

Abstract: In November, 2011, during the turbine maintenance of Dongping hydropower station, it was found that cavitations erosion of runner chamber liner of 3# unit was serious. To eliminate cavitations damage, we decided to replace the chamber. Limited by time and maintenance costs, the replacement got the lower portion of both the new and old runner chamber hoisting rotated 180° and completed successfully. This new method is initiative in bulb turbine unit field, worthy reference.
