JT法多点位移计安装埋设注浆工艺

摘要: 本工艺属于岩土工程安全监测技术领域,运用于水利水电及公路、铁路等土建工程施工中的位移安全监测,具体涉及多点位移计安装埋设注浆工艺。本工艺有效解决了不同岩层条件下多点位移计注浆不饱满的问题,使仪器能真实反映被测部位的岩体变形,为评价建筑物运行性态提供可靠的监测数据。工艺的技术方案是采用双注浆管、配一根排气管,且注浆管及排气管均采用6分管,保障排气充分,确保进浆顺利。

Abstract: Multi-point displacement meter is widely used in civil engineering for displacement monitoring. Installation embedment of multi-point displacement meter by JT grouting method effectively solves the problem of grouting cavity under condition of different geological layers. Thus, the measured data by multi-point displacement meter could be accurate and worthy reference in operation assessment. In the grouting process, two grouting pipes are used with one exhaust pipe. The pipes are of 19 mm in diameter to ensure smooth slurry feeding and air expelling.
