摘要: 2011年3月11日,日本东北近海发生9.0级地震,福岛辖区南部的Fujinuma土坝发生溃决,随后极端地质灾害调查组织小组对大坝进行了勘测调查。文章介绍了Fujinuma土坝的情况,并介绍了极端地质灾害调查组织小组的调查结论,供参考,未来争取避免类似的灾难发生。

Abstract: Following the March 11, 2011 M9.0 Tohoku Offshore Earthquake, Fujinuma embankment dam which is located in southern Fukushima Prefecture failed shortly after the earthquake. The paper introduces the history and characteristics of Fujinuma dam as well as the reconnaissance observations by the Geotechnical Extreme Events Reconnaissance Team. Hopefully, learning more about the causes of these events may save lives in the future.
