高弹性修补砂浆的试验研究

摘要: 水利水电工程泄水建筑物混凝土表面经常遭受高速含沙水流或携带推移质水流的冲刷,经过一段时间的运行,往往会出现不同程度的磨损及气蚀破坏,采用性能优越的抗冲磨材料修补缺陷尤为重要。通过对高弹性砂浆的配合比设计及其性能的试验,揭示了该材料的特点及优势,通过室外工艺性试验,总结了高弹性砂浆的现场施工工艺,为修补混凝土冲刷磨蚀破坏提供了一种新的材料选择。

Abstract: As the concrete surfaces of sluice structure in water conservancy and hydropower project often suffer from the erosion of high speed sandy flow or water flow with bed load, wear and cavitations damages of different degrees can always be found after a certain time of operation. Therefore, it is important to use the materials with high performance in resisting erosion and abrasion. In this paper, tests of mixing ratio and performance of the high elastic mortar were presented, which showed the characteristics and advantages of this material. Based on the outdoor test, construction technologies of the high elastic mortar was summarized, which provided a new material selection for repairing the concrete damages due to erosion and abrasion.
