水口水电站进水口快速闸门启闭机液压系统改造设计简介

摘要: 福建水口水电站进水口快速闸门液压启闭机的液压系统原采用多机一站配置方案,存在共用油管、共用压力滤油器和共用油源阀组等,无法在发电机组不停机条件下进行检修、更换,以及液压缸内油液的压力会随着环境气温的升高而升高,导致无法泄压等问题,华东勘测设计研究院进行了相应改造设计。本文详细介绍了改造设计的主要内容和方案,以及改造后的运行状况,供参考。

Abstract: One pumping station for multi-machine was planned for the hydraulic system of intake gate hoist at Shuikou hydropower station, which caused the problems such as sharing of pipe, pressure oil filter and valve group for oil source control. Inspection, repairing and replacement couldn't be carried out during operation of the power generator. Also, as the pressure in chamber couldn't release, the pressure rose due to the environment temperature. Aiming at the problems, renovation was implemented. This paper introduced the renovation design and the operation afterwards, for reference.
