摘要： 用常规测量方法进行水电站大坝变形观测是常见的监测方法。针对水电站大坝监测系统评价工作中涉及测量方面的一些问题进行了叙述，指出评价以及实际测量时应注意的一些问题，并提出了可借鉴的建议。

Abstract: It’s normal to monitor dam deformation by traditional survey method. The paper discussed some issues in the practical survey and systemic evaluation and put forward some advices accordingly, for reference.
