摘要: 洪水演进专题研究的目的是加强对溃坝洪水的认识和理解,以及开发可控结构失事后模拟山谷和城市区域灾难性淹没的预测工具。研究人员通过试验室试验和对西班牙Tous大坝的溃坝洪水进行分析研究,为模型模拟提供了基础。文章介绍了其整个研究过程和主要结论,供参考。

Abstract: Work Package——flood propagation was devoted to the advancement of the scientific knowledge and understanding,and to the development of predictive tools in the area of simulation of catastrophic inundation of valleys and urban areas following the failure of a control structure. Based on laboratory experiments and case study,the research on modeling was carried out and main conclusions and recommendations were presented,for reference.
