安全监测技术在地下厂房岩壁吊车梁荷载试验的应用

摘要: 为确保岩壁吊车梁及围岩安全,了解其结构受力状态,运用监测技术对鲁地拉水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁进行荷载试验。轮压各级荷载施加时,对各个观测断面进行监测,对数据进行实时处理分析。监测结果表明:轮压各级荷载加载时各测点均有不同程度的反应,除少数局部部位实测累积值在开挖施工期间就已超过警戒值外,其它部位应力和开合度的监测值均在警戒值范围内,卸载后绝大部分测点测值都能回到初始状态。说明岩壁吊车梁梁体结构和体型的设计是合理可行的,岩锚梁在吊装重物工况下是稳定安全的。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of crane beam and the surrounding rock, by application of monitoring technology, load test of the crane beam was carried out. As adding wheel pressure load, the monitoring of observation sections and data analysis were going on at the same time. The monitoring result showed that different levels of response of monitoring points were gotten corresponding to different wheel pressure loads. Except some monitored accumulated values of a few parts exceeded the warning value in excavation, the values of stress and opening at other parts were within the range of the warning values. After unloading, measured values of most measuring points return to the initial state. The test showed that the design of beam structure and the size was reasonable and feasible, and the beam would be stable and safe in the lifting condition.
