摘要: 2009 年9 月11 日莲花四号机水导发电油面上涨约60 mm,为水导冷却器漏水所致。在缺陷处理中,不破坏水导瓦间隙值,不用尾水蜗壳排水,采用在机坑内中心定位的方法,改进了工艺,提前了工期,提高了工效。同时,对冷却器铜管泄漏原因进行了分析。
Abstract: On September 11th 2009, it was found that leakage of oil cooler of turbine guide bearing at unit No. 4 of Lianhua hydropower station occurred. During treatment, to protect the clearance of turbine guide bearing segments and not to discharge by tailrace spiral case, central positioning in the turbine pit was adopted. In this way, technique improvement and higher efficiency were achieved. Further, the cause reasons of leakage were analyzed.
