摘要： 依据运行期黑泉水库大坝内部渗压、坝肩渗流、坝基渗流以及放水洞洞身渗漏等安全监测资料，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，对大坝防渗系统运行状况进行全面分析和评价。

Abstract: Based on the monitoring data of seepage pressure, abutment seepage, foundation seepage and drainage tunnel seepage, combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis was used to analyze and evaluate the condition of the seepage-prevention system.
