在役机组引水压力钢管安全性评价研究

摘要: 某电站引水压力钢管至今已运行近25 a。考虑多年运行的实际安全状况,及时发现可能存在的安全隐患,延长安全服役时间,对引水压力钢管进行了安全性评价研究。对引水压力钢管进行了外观、腐蚀状态、金属材料性能及焊缝质量状况检测,并对引水钢管明管段进行静、动态应力测试。结合上述测试结果和结构有限元复核计算分析,对引水压力钢管做出科学严谨的安全性评价。

Abstract: Some water delivery penstocks of a hydropower station have been in operation for 25 years. In order to know the safety situation of the penstocks and prolong its service life, some safety tests have been carried out, including external appearance, corrosion, performance of metal materials, nondestructive testing and stress test. Safety evaluations were made based on safety tests and finite element analysis.
