摘要： 成屏混凝土面板堆石坝为兴建于20世纪80年代的国内首批混凝土面板坝，工程自蓄水初期至今，表现出的安全运行特性为大坝的渗流量及坝体变形长期偏大。成屏水力发电有限公司根据工程实际情况，通过规范的安全监测及精心妥善的维护管理，使工程的安全运行处于正常状态。

Abstract: Chengping concrete face-slab dam was built in 1980’s. Since the beginning of operation, there have always been large amounts of water leakage and dam deformation. By adopting careful monitoring and operation management measures, the safety of the project has been guaranteed.
