摘要： 下卧式闸门是一种可以绕安装在闸室底板的转动轴转动以适应不同水位和流量控制要求的新型闸门。对下卧式闸门设计结构特点、设计难点以及详细结构布置进行了简要阐述。

Abstract: Down horizontal gate is a new type of gate. In order to meet the requirements on different water level and flow control, it can rotate around the axis installed on the chamber floor. This paper introduced structural feature, key points of design and detail structure layout of the down horizontal gate.
