摘要： 在分析溢洪道进口需建挡水建筑物的基础上，阐述了增设橡胶坝的设计要点，并提出了工程运行与管理要求。

Abstract: Water-retaining structure should be added at the spillway inlet, and rubber dam was adopted. This paper introduced the design points and advanced some requirements on operation and management.
