化学灌浆在宜兴电站酸性水治理中的应用

摘要: 江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站地下厂房顶拱网架被酸性渗水滴穿、腐蚀,影响了厂房的安全运行。经分析酸性水成因,对渗水集中部位进行了化学固结灌浆处理,堵住主要渗水通道,同时在对应部位的排水廊道内加密排水幕。处理后,从实际运行和各项检测指标来看,治理效果良好,为今后化学灌浆在地下工程岩体防渗加固处理方面的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract: The crest grid of underground power house at Yixing pumped storage power station was eroded by acidic seepage drops, which affected its safe operation. After analysis on cause of acidic water, chemical grouting was carried out to stop the leakage, and more drainage curtains were set. After treatment, the actual operation and indicators detection showed that the measures were of good effect, the grids were well protected.
