摘要: 计算机监控系统(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,简称SCADA)是涉及计算机网络技术、数据库技术、计算机图形技术、数字电子技术、自动控制技术等多学科、多专业的综合性集成系统。水电厂计算机监控系统是针对水电厂自动化监控特点而专门设计的,具有较强的专业性。本文在回顾国内外水电厂计算机监控系统发展过程和总结现有研究成果的基础上,结合YAVUZ电站计算机监控系统建设,对水电机组计算机监控系统进行了深入研究,提出了有效利用水能的方法——小水电站按水位自动控制方法的研

Abstract: SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is a comprehensive integrated system including many subjects such as computer network technology, database technology, computer graphics technology, digital electronics, automatic control technology etc. SCADA system of hydropower plant is specifically designed. Based on the construction of SCADA system at YAVUZ hydropower plant, this paper reviewed the international development of SCADA system of hydropower plant and presented research results. Further, base on research of SCADA system for hydropower plant, a method to use water effectively, i.e. water level regulation for small hydropower plant was advanced, for reference.
