摘要： 运用神经网络方法评价大坝安全极具优越性，但传统大坝安全评价方法不能为神经网络模型提供学习样本。提出一种新的大坝安全评价方法，为神经网络应用于大坝安全评价提供可能。

Abstract: Application of neural network in dam safety evaluation is superior, but traditional method can't be used as the learning sample of the neural network model. This paper proposed a new dam safety evaluation method which would raise the possibility of using neural network to assess the dam safety.
